. Great back story, thanks for taking the time to share the details - always enjoy hearing about how they were preserved, as there aren't many out there. Sounds like this one could've met its fate several different ways after the original owner. . .

Wow awesome story! I bet it did take LOTS of cash! Especially after changing hands a few times. I bet that rancher bought it for a steal then then the price jumped from then on.
