^^ what he said. I use a 5/16 (I think) wrench to remove/ replace the screws. You don't mangle anything that way. Put the seal tape on and start each screw a couple turns and start in the top corner and go down and forward with the screws. It's easy to manage that way and lay it flat. A small socket on it is too tight or a Phillips doesn't work too well either
