Grill insert piece Question
I need a new chrome grill piece, does anyone know how to remove one without cutting up any thing? Plus I'm curious if a 69-70 grill will fit or if I'll need a 71-72 grill

Re: Grill insert piece Question
69-70 will fit, but you have to change the hood latch along with the bumper (if you want it to look right) with the bumper brackets.
The grille comes off with the four bolts on the inner front fender, then separating the hood latch from the grille. I can give you pics if you want. Smitty
