If the seat folds forward and has those sliders, then it is likely a pre-1967 seat.

This photo shows a 1967 seat I pulled from a salvage yard. It did NOT fold forward. Then again, I can't guarantee this salvage yard seat is original to the 1967 truck. However, bolts did line up correctly in my 1965 C10.
I think the seat showing here looks like it just might be from the early 50's to mid 50's. For Chevrolet's Trucks you will find a HOLE LOT'A parts that will swap from one year to another.
