I love the truck - right down to the green interior! I have to ask though, what is the knob below the radio?

The knob below the radio is a hand throttle.

The truck came with tiny 1.75" dual exhaust behind the big block. Today, I opened it up to dual 2.5". Might just be too loud for the missus........ and neighbourhood car alarms.
