Sunday drive
I live about an hour away from Knoxville, TN. I help out with my son's hockey team, and had to be at a coaches meeting at the rink at 4pm on Sunday. The kids were at their grandmother's while on fall break from school, so the wife said we should leave early and take the 68 on a "scenic route" to Knoxville. We actually didn't leave early enough, so I didn't have time for very many photo opportunities. I wanted to share what I was able to take, though.
The first stop was an old gas station in Rockford, TN on TN33. Later, we ventured toward downtown Knoxville. I didn't have time to make it into the old city for some of the old buildings for backdrops. That'll have to wait until the next time. Instead, I got these from the south side of the Tennessee river overlooking downtown. At this point, I'd been driving around for about 2 hours on back roads. You can see how bad the Hawk racing pads dust up the front wheels.

Re: Sunday drive
Thanks for all the compliments, guys!

I couldn't be happier with the wheels! The difference in handling is night and day, also. I won't be making it to Charlotte. October is always the hardest month to get away for anything. On top of it being our busiest month at work, it's also when my son's hockey season starts, and I have a side job working security at the coliseum in Knoxville where they have several events this weekend.
