What looks like a pretty fair but stripped 49 Cab in Kennewick wa. for 200. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...8-0b562f83706e

If I wasn't short on truck kitty money at the moment I'd be going after that one myself and stick the cab on my old frame.

48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six.
71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

Re: Post your C/L - Facebook finds for everyone to enjoy!

That's 8173.95 in 7-10-24 Canadian money. I have my wonderments about someone who "restores" an AD truck and paints the engine orange/red though. That would have to be corrected in my book and is a price deduction.

Still if one wants an "original" or almost original truck done their way that might be a good start as the sheet metal looks workable and if there is full documentation on the engine's rebuild that makes the 6K more interesting. There is value in what you don't have to go out and buy and what you don't have to spend a lot of hours getting in shape for paint. A few but not hundreds that one might have to spend.
