Re: bed rail question

I have a 1974 "Accessories" brochure and it shows them being an option for 1974. Not sure if they were available before 74? I have a roof rack that I took off a Suburban (not sure of year-80's?) and I'm thinking of using it for side rails on my HighLander. The side bars of the roof racks are the same as side rails and they can be shortened for a short bed.

Re: bed rail question

thank you. they were on my friends 71 gmc. i'm trying to figure out if they're aftermarket or what. they look very similar to the 73+ versions, but they look slightly different to me.
