I'm in the kc area and have driven past there a few times going to see the in-laws. One day I plan to stop and poke around. Picture a will be taken and info shared when that day comes lol. Driving past it looks like a pretty solid yard.

That is a VERY rare grille. It's like the big truck (C50-80) but it has the CHEVROLET letters debossed in the top bar. It looks straight too.
