Yes you just run the water tubing to the squriters them selves. Hot wire to pump motor on with key. Ground runs back to dash switch as in my picture. Nothing else changes.

I just finished hooking up the squriters on the Ramp truck and to be honest not to impressed with them as they don't spray like I thought they would. They will do for now though. I'll be looking for some others though.
I also got all my seat belts installed and the passenger side mirror fixed and installed.
