Where to purchase correct fitting A/C heater core

Finally going through the heater and A/C on my 72 and have not been able to find a heater core that has the pipes in the correct location. I have a new copper which I think is mexican production and the pipes are WAY off. I was able to manipulate them a bit but still more than an inch out of place. I took my box to the local flaps and still way off.

Other than NOS is there a quality core available these days?

None of the new reproduction heater cores fit like original Harrison heater cores. Every one that I've installed I had to bend the tubes some. To have fit without any bending you need to have an original recored. That's what I've done a couple times for customers and they fit like a glove.

I took the new core, unsoldered the pipes, and put the old pipe on the new core.

Is your new core, copper , or aluminum. I have looked at these, and find pics of both, but no actual description of what it is made of.
