wanting to keep the 6 bolt hub look

I'm working on a 1968 C/10 Panel Truck that has had the drum brake front suspension swapped out with a 1974 C/10 disc brake power steering front suspension. I would like to swap the 1974 5 bolt hubs back to the 1968 6 bolt hubs and am wondering if anyone has done this and what parts would fit?
Thank you!

Re: wanting to keep the 6 bolt hub look

CPP sells rotors, the trick would be to find out what the part number is for centric.
