Mines 16' with 2' dovetail (angled ramp) on the back. 2" ball, brakes on all tires, wood floor, 7000# GVW, will fit a long bead. My axles are a little more rearward than a 16', thing tows nice on a highway. Ones like it are $2200 or less everywhere.
Add a small winch (for that day when you break) with a battery box and a lockable tool chest to the front, and off you go.

I'm going to rebuild mine this summer, springs and brakes and paint and new ramps (very nose heavy tractor bent them) and hold stands on the back (same tractor tried to pick up truck) and make the fenders removable (can be hard to get out of a low car with flat tires). If I was to buy new I'd buy a 10200# version for around $2800.
