I revisited the Factory Assembly Manual and found the pages. I must have glazed right over them.
The paper copy is tough to find anything in. You will love the CD, just type what you are looking for in the "FIND" box, hit the enter key on your keyboard and it will take you to the first instance of it, hit enter again and it will take you to the next one, etc.....
