Cool 1964 chevy c-10 panel truck

Hey guys, been on this site for a year or two and seen a lot of project's , so i decided I would try to post mine too. Started about 3 years ago when I bought this 64 that was sitting in a garage of a house that had been foreclosed on. The lady that bought the house had advertised it for sale on craigslist. When we arrived it was completely torn apart and parts were scattered all over that garage! I will try to post some pictures of the progress as it is on going still today. The chassis & drive train is pretty much done and I have been doing body work on it for about 1 1/2 years . I have made a living as a mechanic for all of my life I ain't afraid of work, but I have had to learn body work now. Kind of fun doing something different on a truck besides turning wrenches! Will try to keep you posted.

Re: 1964 chevy c-10 panel truck

Morning guys, here's the beginnings of my project! She was a rag when we picked her up. I believe it was an electricians work truck . Had massive little dings all over the sides and back doors , but for the most part all there. We had to put the chassis back up under the truck to move it . Luckily we had plenty of help.

Here's a few more. Notice the hole in the back panel . Think it was for a whip antenna they used for a mobile radio.

Re: 1964 chevy c-10 panel truck

Good evening sir, thanks for checking up on my project. We have been really busy with downsizing and getting rid of lots of stuff we don't need and selling our house too. My panel is still at my business sitting there waiting for me to get the time to finish it. Maybe this Fall I can get back on it then.
