to be specific...

acloco...

I'm in Citrus Heights to be specific, near the Walgreen's on Greenback/Dewey, toward Coyle.

I plan on getting to the show at Cal Expo in May, possibly "Ribs n Rods" in June, also at Cal Expo.

When they start doing Cruise Nights in Auburn (2nd Friday of the month) I plan on getting my truck parked up there once or twice.

Sacramento Vintage Ford also has Friday evening show n shine events monthly in Rancho Cordova, last Friday of every month, not sure when they start.

There are also a few here and there in Rocklin, Roseville and Folsom, but do not know the details.

IMO, it would be great to get some of us together and hit some of these events.

I'd be interested, if it's in my home town otherwise I'm not going to play!

Actually, Sacramento area sounds pretty good, someone needs to take the lead.

I will see what I can do.

Feedback wanted of course......but something informal.....

Like a parking lot or park.....spend 4-5 hours......I hate the 1-2-3 day events....life is too busy!! hehe

I will see what I can do about a location.......and go from there.

Anybody else is welcome to check into their neighborhood as well....post on the member events thread.

I'm here, from Lincoln. Not sure if you guys know where that is but it is not to far from Sacramento, or Citrus Heights.

I would be up for a board meet.

SS500,

I'm literally right around the corner from you! You are down near San Juan High School, right? Have you seen or talked to the guy who has three of these rigs (on Suburban) over there near Best Buy/Lowe's? I was trying to buy an inner fender from him, but sort of lost contact with him.

Jeremy, yes...I know where Lincoln is. I grew up in Loomis and the guy who used to put the shoes on our horses lived out there, when it was a barren plain, not like it is now.

Anyway, seems like there might be a few of us in the local area, maybe we should meet up at the Dairy Queen this weekend on Greenback?

ACLOCO, what do you think?

sactoC10,
Do you still have the 350 for sale? I have a friend who was talking about wanting a new 350 for his truck. I have no idea how serious he is about actually buying one, but I figured I would see if you still had yours for sale, and if so let him know so he can talk to you if he wants it.

As you get ideas together, here's one more to consider. Might want to make it a central place, or at least somewhere close to the freeway...such as Renfree Field, near Watt/80...or what about Performance Chevrolet at Madison/80? (at least for a meeting point)
