Re: Parting 72 burb
Dwayne
Here is what I have. two good but not perfect 3rd door sills. One I cleaned up a bit with 0000 wool the other one should do the same I have the filler neck out of the white sub but gotta figure out a way to get rest of locking cap off without a key I have this area from the same green suburban I can cut out Or I have an auxillary gas setup from a parts truck. Same deal here I don't think i have key for the gas cap. or I have a 72 Blazer filler that I "might" part with. Not sure if I still have the rear cover, I can't seem to put my fingers on it at the moment. I need to make sure the one in one of my other projects is good b4 I let it go though. I would need to get them removed to make sure they are decent all the way around. Let me know which one would work better for you.

Re: Parting 72 burb
If I cut it at the size I have boxed in in red it would be $18 shipping That is roughly a 12'' square. PP is in my signature if you want it
Thanks Richard

Re: Parting 72 burb
Richard
The Suburban filler neck will work for me. I can Machine the cap off in my milling machine. The cutout on the green Suburban and the two door sills. Does a Suburban have a cover inside(cosmedic)? How much to go that route? The one on the truck looks good to me also. Because of the shield inside the bed. I better go with the Suburban route. Thanks Dwayne |
