1950 3100 door glass help

I really need some help with my door glass. I have full door glass with frames and have purchased the run channel but it is to thick so the inside door frame will not fit ? Any help and pics would be great thanks

Definitely need a better description of what the problem is. I can't really figure it out based on the OP. Take more than 30 seconds to construct the question and repost. And yea, some pics too, if you want.

1 post probably won't check back....
But channels are two different sizes. If I remember correctly Mon wing doors are thicker.
Both you shape and trimbto fit

if you have a corrugated looking channel in the door currently, thats the remnants of the old felts. threw me off too fist time i did it, had to remove the channel to install the new felts.

Exactly. Sounds like you got the wrong channel. Go to your nearest auto glass shop and look at their selection of glass channels. Pick the one that best fits your application. The stuff is relatively cheap, no big loss.
