I've been working on this project for a while now. Yesterday I finally got down and removed the inner fender liners from the outer fenders. I'm debating removing the outer fenders also because the flares are damaged on the lip area directly above the tire (like someone tried jumping the truck). Has anyone removed the flares successfully on the truck? I also need to replace the exhaust manifolds and removing the inner fenders seemed like a really good idea for that job.

How's it going on this? You have probably worked your way through it by now. If you're still looking for help you may want to clarify it with a little more description and post it to the message board since it ended up in the projects and builds section. If you are making a project out of it, post up some pictures and take us along!
