Question on early classics 3/4 to 1/2 ton spindle

Looking at all the different ways to go from 3/4 to 1/2 ton on my recently purchased 1972 gmc. The early classics site says it's only compatible up to 1970, is this correct or can I use them on my 72. I would wait till Monday but the sun is shinning and I may hit a few wrecking yards today and if I need to be grabbing parts I will. I know there are several ways to get the swap done but like the spindle and the drop getting done at once. Thanks

Re: Question on early classics 3/4 to 1/2 ton spindle

Early Classic should have a spindle that will work on your 72 because I bought a set from them when I converted my 72 GMC from 3/4 ton to 1/2 ton.
