Rear end noise

My 72 C10 has a rear end nose when turning slowly.The rear end is a eaton pois traction 12 bolt. I would like to know the amount and kind of gear lube to use .

Add a bottle of LSD additive (Limited Slip Differential) that should stop the noise. You can also buy gear lube with the additive already in it if your going to service the diff.

Once you add the LSD go to a large area and make a bunch of right turn and left turn circles, to get the stuff up in the mechanism.
