I am pretty sure you can get the exact same rotors from Paul's cheaper. (I'll asume we are talking 2 wheel drive)
You can't use 4X4 rotors from a later model, they are completely different.
Also, you can use the disc brakes off a later truck, up to 87 I believe, they say the easiest way is to rip off the whole front crossmember and swap it onto your rig. Just make sure you remember what year the front end is for future repairs (ball joints and the like) also, the rotors are not the same 71/72 compaired to 73-87...but they have them in 6 lug for either set up.
Also, a noteworthey point, the 71 calipers are quite a bit more expensive than the 72 & up...
This is all info gathered from this board...I have not messed with any disc brakes on these rigs, so if I made a mistake somewhere in here...please correct me.
