Smile Transmission Hump - carpet or ?

I have a 1950 Chevy 3100 with an LS conversion with an 4L80e trans. During the conversion we added a taller transmission hump to the floor board. Where can I find a carpet or rubber floor covering that accommodates the little bit taller hump?

Thanks for your help.

Re: Transmission Hump - carpet or ?

doubt youll find a rubber mat thatll fit without being wadded up somewhere....on carpet you can have a upholstery shop do a custom fit job...carpets a lot more forgiving when trying to make it fit

I'd use some sound deadener material and then go over that with carpet or other finishing material of choice
