The only problem with that site is that they want you to buy their relays and kits with their instructions. They do not really tell you how to do it. There are a few on the board that have done this upgrade that will be more than happy to share the knowledge these guys want you to pay for.

my new 72,thats what I am looking for.I couldn't find it doing a search.I think the price madelectric wants is pretty high considering relays are $5-10 a piece.

Here it is.
I did this mod and it sure makes a difference.

Can't blame MAD for not showing the actual diagrams.Afterall he is in business selling that kind of info. Not as if you can't get it off the web anyways

Here's how my relays look all hooked up.
Looks a little confuseing but it goes like this.
Left to right:
1st relay
-brown wire=orig. low beam feed.
-Thick red is new 12 gauge wire going to low side of headlight.
-black=ground
blue (in rear of relay)=power feed from distribution block(blue wire is a 16g fusable link)

2nd relay
-all connections are the same as the 1st relay except the large green wire which feeds the high beam side of the light.
-the small green wires are the orig. high beam feed wires.

3rd relay
That's a relay with a built in Blade type fuse for a set of 55wt Hella driving lights.

and lastly is a 2nd power distribution block that is fed from a primary power distribution block I have mounted on the firewall.
