from what I've seen on this forum the 72 is the only one that has the extreme bend. If you have that and they're on your 71 they probably came off of a 72. There worth I guess it has to do with the Rarity.

Thank you. Mine are in the SPID so came with the truck. I'm not saying they are the same but they sure look like it!

From a 2011 thread, the 71 has a slight bend whereas 72 are extreme

Thanks for the good info. I wonder if anyone has tried to heat and bend typical hooks to extreme bend. Looks doable
