I have the same setup as dec010974 with the Wrangler tank, the 1" fill hasn't been a problem for me. Definitely slower to fill but not ridiculous. I have a 92-93 S10 sender, looks exactly the same as that 87 Blazer one with threaded ends on the feed/return. Works for EP381 and the C10 fuel gauge. Easy install, cheap, baffled, tucks up nicely, all good in my book.
