Does the bed cross member hit your fuel pump/lines? In the pics above it looks like the cross bar would hit (it has been cut out in the pictures). Also, would it be possible to have the neck moved to the top of the tank and enlarged?

I cut my crossmember to tuck the tank up further, depends on how low you want your tank to hang (you can put spacers to lower the tank where it bolts up on the 4 corners; side note I ran a single strap across the middle too...probably overkill). My tank is about 1" from the bed floor so even if you welded the neck/vent directly to the top it would drop it down quite a bit. The Wrangler filler neck is tiny and is still about 5" long.
