1972 front hub swap

Good morning everyone, I was just curious if anybody knew if a 1997 c1500 front hub/spindle would fit onto a 1972 c10 hub? I'm trying to put abs onto my 72.

Re: 1972 front hub swap

it can be done but so far I don't think anyone has been able to get camber close enough to align it without shortening the lower control arms or moving them in. you have to use 3/4 ton lower control arms for the lower ball joints to fit or weld in a larger ball joint sleeve. there was a write-up on using those spindles for a 6 lug disk brake swap using light duty 3/4 ton 6 lug rotors in the suspension section
