Re: Sticking valves fix??

Sounds like a collapsed lifter. It must be ticking.

I just had to do this with my low mile, little use 327 in my 64 impala ss. I pulled the valve cover and poured the mystery oil right down the pushrods to the lifters. I then fired it up every day and ran it for about 10 minutes to get warm, then shut off.

Did that for 3 days and it released. I changed the oil and all is good.
