I think you are looking for Red Orange, also called Hugger Orange (526) or Medium Red (514). 516, Tangiers or Omaha Orange, is a pure orange such as Allied Moving Vans or Asplundt Tree Service. It is the orange from the fleet color program. I'm not seeing that on my screen. This orange definitely has red in it. If there is a spot to strip the newer paint and polish the original that would tell, if there is no SPID. Usually stripper with tear up the over paint and leave the OEM paint intact.
