2-4 or 3-5 drop??
Wanting to lower truck with springs only ( no spindles or notching) and was wondering the best combo. Have read some stories about 3 in front having trouble staying in pocket? Advise???:

i have cpp 3" front springs. no issues with them keeping under tension and staying in the pocket. issue with more than 2" is tie rod angle and bump steer.

Never heard of springs not staying in pocket. If it pops or moves around it probably wasn't installed right in the beginning. I went with a 4/6 ece drop the only thing I don't like is with the spindle you automatically lose ground clearance. It lowers your truck but doesn't seem to do much to change the look of the wheel to wheel wel. The picture of my truck to me looks stock height except for the wheel, but everything is new so I'll wait a while so it can settle before I cut the springs or get different ones.
