They do not make those. It is hard to find any that are not broken, but the belt is sewn to the plastic, in a couple of spots. Now there are a few seatbelt places, that have the kind that went on the BUCKET seatbelts. Those might work. They are called seatbelt sleeves.
Mine no longer have the plastic sleeves. I just have mine run up thru the hole.
