I realize this thread is old, but holy smokes that truck is SAAAAWWWEEEET! I love everything about it. Many crew cabs I've seen of our trucks just dont' look right. This one looks EXACTLY right!

Thumbs up Re: 1972 Chevy Crewcab, Longhorn, Stepside, Dually!

That my 67-72 truck friends is the best of the best! Very well done. The personal touches are excellent. That is something you should be proud of.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Thanks guys for all the support and great feedback on the truck!!! My father-in-law isn’t really a computer guy but he loves reading your comments! It’s still his pride and joy and he drives it around town here and there. It’s also been known to do some heavy trainer haulin lately while his other trucks are busy or under the knife.

Re: 1972 Chevy Crewcab, Longhorn, Stepside, Dually!

I'm with Steven as well. Some more pics of the fuel setup would be neat. I couldn't tell for sure, but I thought I saw a switch above the a/c louver leftside of the gauge cluster for the fuel tanks. Or where and how does he switch between the two?

That truck looks just down right amazing... I'm trying to restore one cab. I couldn't imagine doing two! Incredible!!

Somehow I missed this before..... not much I can add that hasn't already been said. What a truck! Took some incredible talent to build that one, it's a real stunner for sure. It even has tow hooks everyone is looking for!
