Re: D60 Front Brake Upgrade
What a great upgrade! I will remember this when I go to do mine!
I have a 2007 dodge 2500 and was impressed by the size of the brakes on my first brake job!! On a side note to others regarding the AAM 14 bolt I had one in my 72 burb and it worked fine w a vette disc/disc master and stock 3/4 ton discs on my d44 w/o needing a prop valve |

Re: D60 Front Brake Upgrade
It's been a while since this thread has had any posts. Just curious if the brake upgrade has been completed and if so, how everything is working.

Re: D60 Front Brake Upgrade
I am building my 1 ton crew cab and I am now to the point of upgrading the brakes on my dana 60. My original plan was to do like I did with my 1500 and upgrade to using H3 4 piston calipers which also gave me the rotor in hat deal to make brake changes easier. I then stumbled across your thread and I am in love with the 14.125 rotors and dual piston dodge calipers. I am currently running 17" 2500 dodge wheels so I imagine they would fit.
Can you give me some more information?

Re: D60 Front Brake Upgrade
I would have purchased your brackets over the torq's if I could purchase them. The one piece design is much nicer than the welded design. Admire your desire, skill and tools to create what you need. Great job!

I won't buy Torq's. They have a less than stellar rep. |
