Wink Restoration: so far so good. (Few pics)

1969 GMC 3/4 ton. Its coming pretty good I think. Seems my wife has done most of the frame work while im at work chasing that dollar. Gotta love the wife, shes been working hard on the frame while taking the kids to and from school. Not in any specific order, but the 4th picture is when the frame was being towed to my house after the body shop removed the cab. Wife and I can pretty much do everything ourselves, we just don't do body work. Not too bad for a pair of millennials

Looks really good. You have a real catch there- my wife would possibly take pics and that’s about it

Great start!...it reminds of when my project got started...working in a single bay garage and out in the driveway with kids running around.

Thanks for the memory.

The old saying is your wife is a keeper normally goes with does she have a sister? My wife would get me a glass of water then tell me how slow the progress is.

Thanks for the kind words on the wife and the frame work. She's a keeper for sure. Just happens to be that she too is a nut for anything on 4 wheels. She enjoys getting dirty working on cars...or getting her Jeep XJ dirty on the trails. She won't let me wash it I'll have to post more pics from before, during, and after the rebuild.

Keep her involved, by the time your my age she'll be able to build a whole hotrod while you're at work lol! For our last project I supervised and helped a little while my wife put a full rebuild kit in her TH350!
