If its just that stud broken you can just weld a bolt in or just drill that side out an use a bolt straight through. Carpet would cover it. Im thinking there will be more brackets for sale than the mounting plate itself.

I looked through a few catalogs, doesn't look like its reproduced.

I would just hammer the old studs out or drill, whatever. then use a couple of carriage bolts in their place. bolt the parts together tight and then tack weld the bolt heads to the plate. use a little seam sealer on the plate so water doesn't get through to the inside of the cab.

Drill out and use 5/16 elevator bolts.
