wtb: Clutch ball stud for v-8

1972 jimmy with a 350. Looks like the ball stud that threads into the block is broken on my 72 jimmy. Anyone have an extra? Shipped to 55744. Thanks.

Re: wtb: Clutch ball stud for v-8

Eric, not a lot of help but if your Jimmy is a 4x4 which is most likely I'm pretty sure you will need a specific ball stud for 4x4 application. I went thru this on my '71 4x4 LWB when mine snapped off at the block before I switched it over to an TH350. I found it takes a longer ball stud which goes into the block for a 4x4. It is GM # 6261872. I had a couple NOS spares and sold them after I changed to an auto. Do a search for 4x4 ball stud or that part number and it should bring up one of my sale ads showing what it looks like. Good luck in your search.

I have a used one that I removed from one of my trucks when I converted it to auto. It was a 4x4 truck.
