Under dash air box

Hello I am currently looking for parts for the air box that sits inside the cabin under the dash. I'm not sure what it is called because when I google heater box all it pulls up in the box in the engine bay with the heater core and fan inside. I am cleaning up and repainting the interior box and all the diverters inside have deteriorated rubber on them. I would like to repair that but can't find parts. Any ideas? My truck is a 70 C10 with no A/C.
Thanks!

Re: Under dash air box

Finding a used one is probably your best bet. I used like 3 to make one good one. I don’t think they have kits for the interior seals.

It's really easy to get this sort of stuff. Here is an example of a want to buy ad I posted in the parts section when I needed one. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=791711 I suggest make a new thread in the part section and people will write back and tell you what they have to send you. As a premium member you can make an ad like that. My premium membership has expired, but I plan to renew soon.

It looks like you have the same as the one 1-PU70 shows in the picture, plus 2 more boxes. Total of 3 boxes bolted together. They look like pretty good condition from outside. Did you know you can buy rubber sheets in various thicknesses and dimensions on eBay and they are inexpensive?

Yes the boxes themselves are in excellent shape. Just need a repaint. I will have to check eBay or amazon to see about just getting raw material to replace the deverter door seals. Thanks!
