Might be considered blasphemous and not exactly what you are looking for but gets the job done. 33.6 can be achieved with either a 245/70R19.5 or bias ply 33X9.6R19.5
8R19.5 0r 33.6x8R19.5

8R19.5 will be skinny!

I'm hoping to find some used 19.5 RV camper rims. If not I just might bite the bullet and buy some new at Boarwheel.com

Also a category of tire called a steering wheel can also be tall and skinny. I saw some on a recap site.
