Headlamp Adjuster Advise

I am in need of 8 (two trucks 68 and 72) headlamp adjuster screws. I have a bunch of the screws but mainly looking for the plastic clip on pieces. I know goodmark and dorman sell them but they seem to not work at all for extended amounts of time. If anyone knows of someone who sells NOS or OEM style ones, please let me know. Unless there is an aftermarket company selling ones that stay in place. Please let me know. Thank you.

Check your local Ace Hardware. Also Goodmark makes a full kit with the screws, plastic inserts and the spring.

Re: Headlamp Adjuster Advise

I recently got a set of headlight adjusters just like OEM from Wes at Classic heartbeat. Great guy and he doesn't beat you up shipping small parts like this.

Re: Headlamp Adjuster Advise

Have you checked the HELP section of your local auto parts store? I picked up a set there for my '70 that seem to be working just fine.
