Re: 4" lift kit k20

Thanks all that contributed to this post, it is the exact question I needed answered as well (72 k20). I have been looking into the rough country and kind of ruled out the tuff country early on, but now I will look into it again. From my own experience, I just installed a set of superlift's ez ride springs (or softride, whatever they call them) on a squarebody k5 for a friend and was blown away by how nice the ride was compared to their old setup, I did not change the ride height, just swapped out crappy lift springs for the superlift ones. As far as rough country goes, I was very hesitant to use them as I rode in a few rough country lift kits around 10-15 years ago and wasnt impressed. But, a few years ago I actually installed a rough country lift in a yj jeep and could not have been happier with the ride quality. So I guess the jury is still out on them in my book. Thank you again for the reply's.
