350 sbc question!

Hello everyone, new to the fourm I've got a 67 c20 long bed that had a 283 gone grenade. I picked up a 68 350 4bolt that's been bored +.040 over I'm trying to determine if I can just hone and go or if I need another block to build for daily driving. Any suggestions welcome!

Welcome aboard, i believe those older blocks with the high nickel content can safely be bored to.060, or find another 350 from the 60's/70's.

Re: 350 sbc question!

you can do .060 over as long as you aren't trying to make a lot of power.
