LS Coil Connector

Been searching a ton lately for what I am looking find. I need a Delphi (Aptiv) part number for the actual connector that plugs into each coil. I have found a few pinouts that are similar to what I am looking to find, but its not exactly what I am looking for.

The first picture is what I am looking to find, but I need it for the actual coil connector that plugs into each coil. The second picture is what I found, but the information for the connector part number does not work for finding the actual connector.

I can find the connectors on Amazon, Ebay, and other places as kits, but I want to buy them in bulk for a custom harness I am building.

Does ANYONE have an actual Aptiv(Delphi) part number for the connector, terminals, and seals? Or even a good pinout chart like in the first picture?

Re: LS Coil Connector

I purchased ready made harness for as little as $29.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/23434853401...EAAOSwCWlhxDzw

Maybe you can use the parts or as is?
Just be forewarned the set I purchased was pinned incorrectly as delivered. Blew my fuse as all coils were grounded at once. Sure seems the plug parts are expensive when you are repairing/replacing them.

Have you checked out these guys? Seem to have most everthing.

I would contact the LS harness companies like Speartech or Howell and see if they have any suggestions.

Thanks, the eBay link no longer exists, so I can't see what you got.

Custom Connector Kits has been a good resource for some things and is even better when you have a part number you are looking to find. I have searched their line of Delphi connectors and they don't have an image if what I am looking to get.

Anyway, I am NOT looking for a premade harness. I am doing a full custom harness and the last think I need is the coil connector. I know it is an Aptiv (Delphi) Metri-Pack connector in the 150 series. Unfortunately there are a number of 4 cavity connector styles in that series.

While I have talked to a few, I have not talked to either one of those companies. Most have told me that they sell a kit or harness, the kit is usually overpriced and not what I am wanting to get.

I have found kits for a single connector, the terminals and seals for around $5-$8. I don't want to pay that much for about $3 worth of parts when I want to buy enough connectors and terminals for 5 harnesses. On the low end that would be $200 for the kits when the parts should only cost $120...

One more thought. If these are used on a stock application (newer cars or trucks) maybe some junk yard diving?

Search "ls1 coil harness" on eBay. I received over 400 results.
Sort them by price.
Lowest price was $23 for one/

Re: LS Coil Connector

Aggie, I went the Holley harness route and believe I still have one or two harnesses in the garage. Any interest in the coil plugs from those? One should be from an 05 and the other from an 02 or 03. I could cut the plugs off with as much wire as I can and get them in the mail. I’ll check tonight after work and let you know what I have.

Thanks. That is exactly what I did. I don't want a harness. I only want the connectors and terminals. When I click your link, I get this message on ebay:
"This listing (163425220964) has been removed, or this item is not available."

I did find a set on Amazon of what I wanted. Decent price, but not the individual parts like I want. I ordered a couple sets to see what I get...

Yeah, that is an option, but still need to get new terminals and potentially seals, as I am NOT splicing in the old wires in a NEW harness.

Thanks Roger! Yes, I would be interested in those plugs, if you can spare the complete coil pack harness and not cut it that would be even better. Just let me know.

Hi Aggie,
So I’m a bust on this end, sorry for the tease. Both harnesses have had the coil wiring scavenged. I have the standalone stuff but thought I had extra coil wiring. Again, sorry for the tease.

Roger, no worries at all. As I stated in a previous post, I bought a couple connector kits that are hopefully what I am wanting.

Thanks AussieinNC, that is double what I paid for 8 sets of connectors. But it is still NOT what I am asking for. I want the actual Aptiv(Delphi) part number for the connector, the terminals, the seals and the cable assurance lock. I don't want to buy sets of 4 or 8 for what I am doing. I want to buy 50 or 100 at a time...

I got a set of 8 from Michigan Motorsports for $19.99.
https://www.michiganmotorsports.com/...ls7-lsx-qty-8/

but when I got the package there was no information on them as to what they are...

Re: LS Coil Connector

I believe these are the female metripak connectors you need...

https://www.milspecwiring.com/FEMALE...AL_p_1559.html

I dont know where you could locate the seals or locking plates. Most aftermarket wiring system manufacturers wont detail actual part numbers of unit pieces.

Individual ign coil connectors are available for around $5.65 a coil end.

Thanks for the help. Those links are correct for the parts, but they are expensive. The coil connector for $5.65 works out to over $45 for a single V8. The link I posted above to Michigan Motorsports get you 8 sets for only $19.99.

I have since found what I was looking for and can get what I need the way I want it from a couple sources at much lower prices.
