I salvaged the Cheyenne/Cheyenne Super rubber surround for the shifter and the girls at the upholstery shop sewed it in for me.

I pulled the carpet out and took it to the upholstery shop and they sewed it in. If you have the old carpet you could lay it over the new one and mark the hole with chalk.
