bump for the new guys....

actually i wouldn't do this in this day and age. i've changed my X-10 switches over to wifi enabled switches and plugs, i'd just wire the 120v contactor coil with a 2 wire lamp cord and plug it into any available receptacle with a wifi plug in it. you can use the phone app to turn it on/off, you can setup timers and set off times. i have an ALL OFF at midnight for all my outside lights, shop stereo and my shop dust collector.

i use feit wifi switches and plugs on cuz that's what costco sells
