I used NutSerts to mount my passenger side mirror.
I made a paper pattern of where the driver's mirror was, then flipped it over to locate the passenger holes, then found that the reinforcement inside didn't match. Having done a LOT of work on my '61, nothing technically lines up on these trucks. I chose not to fret over it. The mirror is mounted.
