Let's see some 60-66 Suburban 4x4s.

This is my 63 Suburban factory 4x4, power steering and power brakes.

I am grateful to have received a couple old pictures from a previous owner.

Sure would like to find some original seats for it...

Re: Let's see some 60-66 Suburban 4x4s.

Hey I have a question on suspension on these 4x4's. Did they use leaf springs on the front or did anyone try a leaf spring conversion on the front of one of these?

My brother helped a guy lift his 73 burb and put new leafs on the front for a better ride (more street use than off road), and I got to thinking if this would work on an early 60's model. May be just a dumb idea but if you dont ask you dont learn

My 1964 Chevy 4x4 and 1966 GMC 4x4. Both need a lot of attention. The newer paint on the GMC is a little misleading.

Here is a picture of a 1965 Chevy 2WD I sold a long time ago for some stupid reason. Before and after paint.

So many suburbans are garbage because of all the value killing personalization the previous owners couldn't stop themselves from ruining them with. Nice to see yours surviving looking like it should. All two-tone Chevy suburbans came with body color wheels, but the white ones on yours really look great too
