Air dryer/filter options

I recently bought an air compressor. I would like to put a dryer/filter on it as well. I was looking at the Eastwood offerings. They aren't open today, so nobody to ask, there. I'm looking at these three options. I can't figure out if they both do the same job or not, or maybe I'm just dense...which could be the case. Anyway, they are in the links below. If anyone with knowledge cares to comment, please do. Also, if you have a different dryer/filter set up, please share what you are using. Thank you.
