Man, I love that '70 GMC. That color is seldom seen, Medium Green Poly. But the basic white bumper/mirrors and 307/4spd really make it cool

Thanks. Still haven’t driven it yet.Just did a new cam and lifter and a front disc brake conversion. It is old school for sure. No power steering either.Should be fun to drive.

On the 17th every time someone said "Happy St Patrick's Day" I replied with "What? I thought it was National Green Truck Day?"

Drivetrain: Built 402BB, TCI Streetfighter 700R4, 2,500 stall, Eaton posi, 3.73. Suspension/Chassis: ECE 4.5/6.5 drop, CPP nitrogen shocks, CPP front and rear sway bar, CPP cross members. Exhaust: 3" exhaust with x-pipe, Spintech 3000 mufflers, Hooker ceramic coated headers. Best 1/4 mile time: TBD.

Late? well, this one goes back to 1982 for me. My first vehicle. this is how I got it, then repainted in a slightly lighter shade (with the chrome wheels), then completely went off the rocker with maroon. Sold this in 1985

68 that my Dad bought new on my birthday, May 11. So the truck and I have the same birthday! I will have it at the C10 Nationals in Ft Worth on May 11th.....our birthdays!
