Trunnion question

It appears there are 2 different types when I look up a new set of trunnions for my Blazer restore. The one that is like factory and the one that appears to have a poly type round bushing. Anyone had any experiences to say if one is better than the other? Price seems to be a huge difference. Is it worth the price??

Re: Trunnion question

It's my understanding that the poly type are to reduce tailgate rattle. I bought a set but I haven't installed them yet.

Re: Trunnion question

I bought the stainless/poly bushing ones, and I have been very happy with them.
